When using third-party authentication (OAuth), you agree to the terms and privacy policies of those providers. We receive only the minimum information necessary to create and maintain your account.
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Starter plan is free and includes basic features with usage limits. We may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with 30 days notice.
Professional and Business plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
EU Consumers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions (see "EU Consumer Rights" section below). For cancellations after this period, refunds are provided only as required by law or if the service has not been provided as described.
Business Users: No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods after the 14-day withdrawal period, except where required by law.
Contextium offers integrations with third-party services to enhance functionality:
You may connect your Contextium workspace to Slack to receive notifications. By enabling this integration, you authorize Contextium to send messages to your Slack workspace on your behalf. You are responsible for managing which Slack channels receive notifications and for complying with your organization's Slack policies.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card information. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Transactional emails (notifications, invitations, password resets) are sent via Resend. We use this service to ensure reliable email delivery and track delivery status.
You agree NOT to use Contextium to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Contextium. We do not claim ownership of your documents, files, or data.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure you have the right to upload and share it. We do not monitor or review user content, but we may remove content that violates these terms.
When you submit feedback, bug reports, or feature requests through our feedback system, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into our service without compensation or attribution. This helps us improve Contextium for all users.
Contextium and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Contextium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our explicit written permission.
Your use of Contextium is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
